US federal employees can support the Earth Portal and Encyclopedia of Earth through a Combined Federal Campaign donation to the National Council for Science and the Environment (NCSE), which is the secretariat and fiscal agent for the Environmental Information Coalition (EIC), which is building the Earth Portal of which the Encyclopedia is a part.
