David Hart is head of Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Research at the Imperial College Centre for Energy Policy and Technology (ICCEPT) and the principal research fellow in the Department of Energy-Environment Policy at Imperial College. He received his DIC and Ph.D. from Imperial College, University of London.
