Mr. Sudheer Kumar Shukla is an Environmental Consultant and working in Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd.  Presently, he is defending his PhD thesis on "Process Integration For Water Management In Paper Industry" in India's premier technological institution, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Roorkee.  Earlier he worked as Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow at  Department of Paper Technology, of India's premier technological institution;  Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Roorkee. He holds two master degrees in Environment; M. Sc. in Environmental Biology and M. Tech. (Hon.) in Energy and Environment Management.  His present research interests encompass the air and water pollution; system closure; membrane filtration technology; environmental impact and risk assessment/EMP; Industrial water pollution and treatment, Energy and environment management and climate change; Clean Development Mechanism; Water pinch technology. He is author of number of research articles in National and International arena. He is UGC-NET qualified and recipient of senior research fellowship award of Ministry of Human Resource Management, Government of India. He has also received International Travel Award from Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India and Chaired a Session of International Conference on Environmental and Geological Science and Engineering EG’08, held on Sep 11-13 2008 at Malta (Europe).
