Biography:

Dagmar Budikova is an Associate Professor of Geography at Illinois State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Climatology from the University of Calgary, Canada.  Her work in climatology focuses on topics concerning climatic variability and change across North America at interannual to decadal timescales,  hydrology and hydroclimatology of the Midwest, and the connection between Arctic sea ice change and climates of the mid-latitudes.  Dr. Budikova holds a bachelors degree in Environmental Science from the University of Toronto.
