Biography:
Elizabeth Dickinson is currently working on her B.A. in Environmental Studies from Mount Holyoke College. Previously to Mount Holyoke, Elizabeth enjoyed an extensive career as a chef, which became her catalyst for involvement in the global issues of food justice and sustainable farming practices. Her educational path has stoked her passion of those issues, and has also launched her new interest in the interconnectedness of farming practices, waterways, climate change, and the Earth’s ecosystem. Upon graduation Elizabeth hopes to study various ecovillages with the hope of someday starting her own.
