Biography:
Horace Herring is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Energy and Environment Research Unit in the Faculty of Technology at the Open University in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom since March 1993, with a spell as a Research Fellow from September 1999 to June 2001. His main areas of research are the macroeconomic impacts and policy implications of promoting energy efficiency, the overall pattern of energy use in the UK, and the feasibility of 'Factor 10' improvements in energy efficiency.
