John Felleman is a Professor of Environmental Studies at the State University of New York's College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF)in Syracuse. His teaching and research focuses on: environmental impact; environmental visualization; decision-making; program evaluation; and environmental policy. He is former Director of the College's interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Environmental Science, and currently is Coordinator of the Environmental Studies Program. Prior to his position at ESF, he worked in government and consulting; his continuing consulting work centers on collaborative site location. Dr. Felleman holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from Cornell University in Civil Engineering, a Doctor of Public Aministration-Planning from N.Y.U., and is a licensed engineer in the State of New York.
