Biography:
Matthias Lebert was born on 18 May, 1957, in Mannheim, Germany. He received a degree in Horticulture in 1984 from Hannover University, and his Doctorate (rer. nat.) in Soil Science in 1989 from Bayreuth University. He has worked as an Independent Soil Scientist and Consultant since 2003 at the Ingenieurbüro für Bodenphysik in Kiel, Germany. He is a Member of the international consortium Think Soils (Email: matthias@thinksoils.org).
