Biography:

Topic Editor in Environmental Economics

I am a natural resource economist who specializes in global warming. Born in South Korea, I received a PhD degree from Yale University majoring in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics  with a dissertation on behavioral models of global warming in 2006. Since 2003, I have been working with the World Bank on climate change issues in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Since 2010, I have been working with the University of Sydney as a Senior Fellow at the Faculty of Agriculture and Environment.
