Topic Editor in Environmental Economics
I am a natural resource economist who specializes in the study of global warming. Born in South Korea, I received a PhD degree from Yale University majoring in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics in May 2006 with a dissertation on behavioral models of global warming. Since 2003, I have been working with the World Bank on climate change issues in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Since 2006, I held faculty positions in the UK, Spain, and Australia. Currently, I am Professor at the Muaebak Instittue of Global Warming Studies in Seoul, Korea.
