Paul Stanton Kibel is Director of the natural resource consultancy Policy West, an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University School of Law and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of California at Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy. His publications include the book The Earth on Trial: Environmental Law on the International Stage (Routledge 1999) and the articles "The Paper Tiger Awakens: North American Environmental Law after the Cozumel Reef Case" (Colombia Journal of Transnational Law, 2000) and "Rio Grande Designs: Texans' NAFTA Water Claim Against Mexico" (publication forthcoming in the Berkeley Journal of International Law). He holds an LL.M. from Boalt Hall Law School at the University of California at Berkeley, a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, and a B.A. from Colgate University.
