Biography:

Virginia Pendleton is the President of Integrity Geophysics. Ms. Pendleton has more than twenty years of experience as a professional seismic interpretation geophysicist with Cities Service Oil and Gas, Occidental Petroleum, the University of Texas Bureau of Economic Geology, and as a geophysical consultant.

She is a certified Professional Earth Scientist, and became a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) in 1981. She has co-authored papers in Geophysics, SEG Development Series/AAPG Studies in Geology, GCAGS 3-D Seismic Case Histories From The Gulf Coast Basin and Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering, and is a recipient of the AAPG 2001 Levorsen Memorial Award for "Best Paper, Southwest Section", and an honorable mention for the SEG "Best Paper in Geophysics, 1996".

Ms. Pendleton holds B.A. and M.A. geoscience degrees from Principia College and Boston University, respectively, and has done field and post-graduate work in geology and geophysics at the University of Texas at Austin and the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics, University of California.
