Biography:

Vitaly A. Prisyazhniuk (M.S., Physical Chemistry, Kharkov State University, Ukraine; Ph. D., Physical Chemistry, Kharkov State University, Ukraine; postgraduate studies at the Radiochemistry Department of Moscow State University, Russia) started working in the Research and Design Institute for Basic Chemistry of the USSR Ministry of Chemical Industry, Kharkov in 1961. He worked as the head of the Basic Laboratory (Intensification of Technological Processes in the Chemical Industry) of the Ministry from 1978 to 1987. After that, he was with the Institute of Problems in Mechanical Engineering of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Kharkov, as the head of the Laboratory of Thermodynamics of Phase Transitions (1988-1996). From 1996 to 2002, Vitaly Prisyazhniuk worked as a scientific advisor with the research and production company ORION in Kharkov. He retired at the end of 2002. Vitaly Prisyazhniuk continues to advise the research and production companies ОRION and EKONERGY (Kharkov, Ukraine), Magnetic Technologies (Dubai, UAE), and Magnetizer (New York, USA).
