Biography:
Whitney Boyce, a graduate of Texas Tech University is currently studying Medicine at the Texas Tech Health Science Center. Whitney participated in the Encyclopedia of Earth Student Science Communication Project while taking a course entitled “Advanced Fieldcraft” that focused on the Rio Grande River. She spent a week on a canoe trip through Boquillas Canyon in Big Bend National Park as part of this class.
