Encyclopedia of Earth
Arielle Conti is the Managing Editor for the Encyclopedia of Earth. Her responsibilities include oversight of the day-to-day editorial work flow as well as strategic planning for the EoE. Ms. Conti graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA with a B.S. in Environmental Science and a minor in Economics. She completed a year long research project focused on implementing green materials into the new admissions building on my college campus. She also was a Land Stewardship Intern in Burlington, VT in the summer of 2008. Ms. Conti studied abroad with the School for Field Studies in Kenya for three months where she researched the effects of wildlife on rural inhabitants. She has also interned for the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources at Presque Isle State Park in Erie, PA. Ms. Conti grew up in Rochester, NY and currently resides in Washington D.C.
