Biography:
Courtney Carroll is currently a student at Boston University studying environmental analysis and policy. Her focus at EoE is to build the Ocean Oil educational resource, particularly topics dealing with the Deepwater Horizon disaster. Her strongest environmental passions are issues involving public health and social equity such as access to clean water and exposure to toxic chemicals. She is also highly interested in environmental entrepeneurship, local food, and renewable energy systems. Courtney is an active member of several groups on campus including the Environmental Student Organization and the Organic Gardening Club. She also volunteers part time for the design department at the New England Aquarium.
