BP stock dropped sharply Tuesday, following the failure of the 'top kill' procedure to halt the oil leak over the weekend. Jim Lehrer talks to energy consultant Robinson West of PFC Energy and Sydney Finkelstein, a management professor at Dartmouth College, about BP's prospects for financial recovery as the crisis drags on.
