Unraveling a mystery in the Gulf (algal bloom) (2:55)

Staff members with the National Wildlife Federation discuss their discovery of a larger than usual algae bloom in the Chandeleur and their concerns that the bloom was a massive oil slick because of its reddish tint and its close resemblance to the dispersed oil they had seen throughout the extent of the BP Oil Spill.
